Hi Kevin
I'm Cristian Dimitricoff and I'm trying to figure out how to use this web page and I saw your profile and I have 2 questions.
1) in the syllabus says "In addition to contributing to chapters, you are expected to participate in online discussions (asking and/or answering questions) on at least 5 ocations" My question is what does that mean? and the second question how do I do it?
Sorry, I have another question. One of the points or the bullets says "Each miningful participation in a thread counts for 5 points " what is that? I don't understand that.
That is a cool picture...I would say that is from Ecuador or somewhere in South America.

Hi Cristian! The picture was actually a rainy day in the Blue Mountains of Australia, but I agree it looks like a cloud forest in South America.

You can post discussion items just like you did here. You can do this on the bottom of any page. You can ask a question, bring up a topic to discuss, or answer a question that someone else asked. You can also find all the discussions at the discussion forum (one of the tabs along the top of the page). Your second question refers to the first one actually. Basically I'm giving 25 pts for participating in discussions, as long as you participate at least 5 times. I'll even call this once.
